How much does it cost and is there a minimum order?

Our signature cups start at $1.5 per cup for Chickipaw and Pawporkby, and $2 per cup for Pawbeefy. Special menu items range from $2 to $3 per cup. The minimum order is 3 cups per order, so you can mix and match any flavors you like to reach that amount.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across five cities in Cambodia: Sihanoukville, Phnom Penh, Kampot, Siem Reap, and Battambang. If your city is not on the list, reach out to us on Telegram and we will do our best to work something out for you.

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

All orders are placed directly through our Telegram channel. Just tap the Order Now button anywhere on the site, tell us which products you want, your delivery city, and your address. We will confirm your order and arrange delivery as soon as possible.

How long can Pawby food be stored?

Accepted Answer

Our meals are freshly cooked with no preservatives, so proper storage is important. In the refrigerator, meals stay fresh for up to 3 days. In the freezer, they can be stored for up to 1 month. We recommend portioning and freezing right away if you order in bulk, then thawing each serving overnight before feeding.

Is Pawby good for picky eaters?

Yes, and this is actually one of the things our pawrents love most about Pawby. Because our meals are made with real meat, fresh vegetables, and natural broth, the aroma and taste are far more appealing to dogs than processed kibble. Many of our customers switched to Pawby specifically because their dog refused to eat anything else.

Can I mix Pawby with kibble?

Yes, you can mix Pawby with kibble. Many pawrents do this as a transition step or to stretch their budget further. A good starting ratio is 50% Pawby and 50% kibble, then adjust based on your dog's preference and digestion. Using Pawby as a kibble topper is also a great way to make dry food more exciting for picky eaters.

Is Pawby suitable for dogs with allergies?

Our meals are free from artificial additives, preservatives, salt, and seasoning, which makes them a cleaner option for sensitive dogs. However, every dog is different. If your dog has known food allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list for each product and consulting your vet before switching. Why does Pawby use no preservatives?

Because we believe dogs deserve real food, the same kind you would feel good about eating yourself. Preservatives and artificial additives might extend shelf life, but they add no nutritional value and can cause issues for sensitive stomachs over time. We cook fresh every day and keep things simple: real meat, real vegetables, natural broth, and nothing else.
